Partial win in case seeking Princeton’s policing arrangement with Princeton U.

Mercer County Judge Mary Jacobson decided last week that the town of Princeton must provide a chart that spells out how the Princeton Police Department and the Princeton University Public Safety Department share policing responsibilities on school property with respect to type of incident. However, the court ruled that a chart that shows which department has jurisdiction over each campus property is not subject to disclosure for security reasons.
