The New Brunswick Housing Authority has been issuing fines that are significantly more than what the local Parking Authority charges, and people who have received the excessive fines can’t challenge them in court. Their only option is a grievance process with the Housing Authority, the same entity that issued the tickets. …..We’re told there may be more to this story. -NJFOG
