State officials face OPRA penalties for non-disclosure of Bridgegate records

Court to decide on disclosure of additional names linked to Bridgegate

UPDATE (6/7/16):  On June 6, 2016, a federal appeals court heard arguments for and against release of the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Bridgegate case.
