NJFOG Independent Authorities Study

In March 2016, NJFOG released its study of compliance with the 2013 Online Transparency Law applicable to New Jersey’s independent authorities. Below is our press release with links to the study, the 2013 law, and the State Comptroller’s 2011 transparency study that spurred the law’s passage.
