Court to decide on disclosure of additional names linked to Bridgegate

UPDATE (6/7/16):  On June 6, 2016, a federal appeals court heard arguments for and against release of the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Bridgegate case. UPDATE (5/18/16):  The list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Bridgegate scandal remains under seal until at least June 6, 2016, when a hearing is scheduled to be held before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. In theory, Maryanne Trump Barry, Donald Trump’s sister, could sit on the panel of judges that decides whether the list will be released. If chosen, she would likely recuse, however.
